Resumen
The present research investigates the history of education in the country, specifically on the history of the formation of the first teachers, the emergence of the normal ones, the Faculties of education and the consolidation of the pedagogical discourses and more centrally on the emergence of the teacher of the area of language, the different processes that he has faced to consolidate himself as a professional in this area, this context allows to properly address the central theme of this monograph, which is the history of the curricular project of the district university Francisco jose de caldas titled degree in basic education with an emphasis on humanities and Spanish language (LEBEHLC) from its creation in 1974 to the year 2014. This report includes its history through its documents and the voice of its protagonists such as its students , teachers and graduates who allowed the reconstruction of their history identifying their theoretical and epistemological perspectives, their conceptual transformations, their intellectual disputes, their innovation and the different discussions about what characterizes this project in its history
