Aplicación del proceso analítico jerárquico AHP para la determinación del valor de las zonas homogéneas geoeconómicas del suelo rural del Municipio de Tocancipá

Abstract

The main objective of this document is to generate the homogeneous physical zones and determine the value of the homogeneous geoeconomic zones of the rural land of the municipality of Tocancipá - Cundinamarca. applying the methodology established by the IGAC and the implementation of the AHP (Hierarchical Analytical Process) due to the health emergency that it is currently happening. For the process of establishing the value of rural land in the municipality of Tocancipá, it was necessary to carry out a complete exercise that begins from the formation of homogeneous physical areas based on the current methodology and the organization of the territory itself, followed by a study of the rural real estate market until obtaining the geoeconomic zones by the Hierarchical Analytical Process, where, after a series of matrix operations, a statistical processing of the results obtained, of the real estate market offers and the calculation of the eigenvector that contains the weightings of each one of the variables according to their hierarchy within the model, the reference values ​​were obtained for the homogeneous geoeconomic zones of the municipality of Tocancipá.
