Apoyo técnico en la modelación hidrológica en la Cuenca del Rio Gachaneca, Boyacá, dentro de la caracterización hidrológica de la EMA

Abstract

This final report is based on the work carried out for the integrated and participatory monitoring project of the high mountains in Colombia directed by IDEAM, where technical support was provided in the hydrological characterization of the high mountains, where the latter is divided in practical terms as north, east, central and west sector. I know They took the hydrological indices: water regulation index, index of potential alteration to water quality, index of vulnerability to water shortage and index of water use, formulated in the national water studies (ENA) for the periods 2010, 2014 and 2018. In this way, make a temporal comparison of the indices of the subzones of the high mountain during the 3 periods. Subsequently, technical support is provided for a first stage of hydrological modeling of the Gachaneca river basin, Boyacá, where the basin is characterized from the morphological parameters, hydrography, soils, covers, slopes and location of hydroclimatological stations, which will serve as basis for generation of hydrological response units and in this way lay the foundations for the generation of hydrological models for strategic areas of the high mountains.
