Abstract

This set of support for processes of self-knowledge and human development consists of a set of 30 oracular carts, a logbook and 12 color crayons. Each card has a message and an activity, allowing the user to internalize it and move energy, with the goal to obtain support, answers and inspiration when needed. This paper is a compilation and systematization of personal and work experiences and is based on the humanist development perspective, represented by Abraham Maslow, who considers that human beings have the ability to create their own growth through choices, creativity and self-acknowledgement. Self-acknowledgement is based on the importance od spiritual experience and the need to transcend: its main objective is to work on the personal development through self-knowledge, understood as the result of a reflective process where the person starts to recognize him/herself, him/her attributes and features and understanding the personal growth potential and the importance of the meaning each one of us give to life as fundamental parts that add on to the existence of the human being.
