Diseño de una Propuesta para la Implementación de Planes para el Manejo de Residuos Sólidos Generados por la Sucursal de HANNA INSTRUMENTS S.A.S. Ubicada en Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

The generation of residues is a topic that inside the organizations has started taking great relevancy, so from it, there are formulated strategies that allow to act of suitable form and to use rationally the resources which one possesses, being more efficient and contributing with the environmental care which begins inside the industries in order to reach to the local and National policies, becoming necessary to identify and to generate plans of managing residue in the industries, and for it there takes as base the company Hanna Instruments, which physicist - chemist dedicates his activities to the commercialization of equipments of measurement and control, solutions and reagents for the analysis. For the identification of the residues generated by this company there is applied Conesa's counterfoil, which allows to know the type of residue that is generated in each of the areas and with it know which are the residues, the salient quantities and the form in which the disposition is done. On having obtained this information, it is constructed and they apply the necessary components to determine the viability of the implementation of a project inside the company Hanna Instruments based on the results obtained of the counterfoil previously mentioned, and the search of the possible solutions that allow a suitable final disposition of the generated residues; this accompanied of a technical study across which there are identified the spaces necessary for the storage of the residues in the suitable time, a study organizacional that allows to have human resources that they will entrust inside the company of the program and plans of managing of solid residues. Also there is born in mind the legal in force frame that it applies for the development of the project and finally a financial study, in which the initial investment is born in mind, the generated income is related to the sale of the residues generated by the activities like it is the paper, carton and electronic residues, as well as the expenditures, obtaining finally a cash flow projected to 5 years, a rate of opportunity and finally a rate hospitalizes of return, which will allow to identify the viability of the project.
