There are 299 higher education institutions in Colombia, however many of them don't have the right technology tools to realize or execute degree projects management efficiently, therefore; they are being executed manually in many SEI generating a bunch of drawbacks that affect the different users but the most affected are the students. In this project we came up with a proposal to improve the degrees projects management making them easier and more effcient, in that way we support many of the SEI providing a better follow up to the degree projects and bene ting the administrative workers, professors, but specially the students.

En Colombia, hay 299 instituciones de educación superior, sin embargo, varias de estas instituciones
no cuentan con las herramientas tecnológicas adecuadas para realizar procesos como la gestión
de proyectos de grado de manera eficiente, por lo que en varias IES se realiza de manera manual,
generando diversos inconvenientes que afectan a los diferentes actores de las IES pero sobre todo a los
estudiantes.
En este proyecto se presenta una propuesta para mejorar la gestión de proyectos de grado de
manera eficaz y eficiente, apoyando así a varias instituciones de educación superior, dando así un
mejor seguimiento a los proyectos de grado y beneficiando a los administrativos, docentes pero sobre
todo a los estudiantes.
