In cities far from natural water sources, they are more likely to have a higher cost of water service than cities or towns close to natural basins or uncontaminated freshwater rivers. This is the case of the city of Bogotá, where the “water” service bill is the most expensive with respect to electricity, natural gas and internet. The problem lies in the inefficient use of the water service: for example, a person who usually expels less than a liter of urine a day uses a cistern flush of more than four liters to eliminate it. In the same way, the water that this same person uses daily when bathing (between 50 and 100 liters), is high; According to the World Health Organization (OMS) in the shower an average of 95 liters of water are consumed in five minutes; This volume is not well used, because it is thrown directly into the siphon. If this same "shower water", instead of being thrown into said siphon, were used for several flushes from the cistern, and or for cleaning the bathroom floor, its use would be optimized, generating a better use of the natural water resource , as precious, as is water. Yes, in the monthly bill for water service, the times when the toilet is released will not be taken into account, said bill will decrease its value by 22%. This document describes the proposal for a "Business Plan" where the formal constitution of a company, located in the city of Bogotá, is projected, dedicated to the manufacture and commercialization of hydrodynamic systems in recirculation of shower waste water, for the toilet flush, distributed through an external tank, electronically controlled. The innovation of the hydrodynamic recirculation system, contributes an immense contribution, both optimal and efficient, in saving water consumption, specifically, in the daily domestic use of the shower and toilet, without the need to carry out structural changes in the bathroom, or Nor have to reduce the time in the shower, or the flow rate.
