Resumen
The work presented below is the result of the execution of the internship, in which the methodologies applied and the results obtained during the development of the same are documented in detail; The internship is carried out in order to build, update and adjust the procedures, formats, indicators and risks associated with the procedures of the process Admissions, Registration and Control of the operation model by processes of the Francisco José de Caldas District University, in order to consolidate a process that fully represents the activities that are carried out within the university and that in turn allows the adoption of the process-based approach in order to reduce the sectorization among the faculties and dependencies that interact in the macroprocess of Support for the Missionary and also the development and progress of policy 4: modernization of administrative, financial and human talent management, within the framework of the 2008-2016 strategic development plan of the Francisco José de Caldas District University; additionally, within the framework of said modernization and in accordance with the growth of the university, it is necessary to expand the administrative staff, in accordance with this, it is necessary to collect the base information for carrying out the study of the workloads procedures of the process of Admissions, Registration and Control.
