Abstract

This degree work arises from a joint process in different modules in Local Sustainable Development was selected as a keyword "efficiency" in order to develop from there the relationship between different dimensions of development , such as the ecological dimension - Environmental , Technical - economic and Political - Ideological ; from this and the different cases seen specialization modules efficiency provisions discussed in " PLAN MANAGEMENT , RECOVERY AND RESTORATION ENVIRONMENTAL , RECEBERA ZT Boqueron SA; CAJICA - TABIO (2015 ) , "- PMRRA- as a central focus for recommending some criteria to strengthen the Environmental Management Plan and thus give adequate use of natural resources especially , ensuring goods and services to the inhabitants of the municipality reducing the impact environmental generated in the process .
