Resumen
This article derives from the analysis of the systematization of the project A Encuentarnos: an innovation experience to encourage oraliteratura between infants and families of the teacher Lizeth Marcela Díaz Becerra, developed at the María Mercedes Carranza School (IED) in the locality of Ciudad Bolivar City in Bogotá, Colombia. Methodologically, the Action Research in Education and the Systematization of Experiences were approached. The emerging categories: dialogue as an axis to mediate the process of oral education in the classroom, the voice of the teacher as a mobilizer of one's own knowledge and the relationship of horizontality to generate processes of autonomy and fraternity, finally stands out as the dialogue with practicing teachers. It enriches the training of children's pedagogues, since the image of the intellectual teacher is enhanced by sharing and problematizing pedagogical experiences.
