Apoyo en el manejo y publicación de datos sobre biodiversidad para el certificado de reporte a través del SIB Colombia (CR-SiB) asociado a la normatividad de los permisos de recolección establecidos en los decretos 1376 y 3016 de 2013

Abstract

The Biodiversity Information System (Sistema de Información sobre Biodiversidad - SiB Colombia) has as its main objective to facilitate the management of data and information on biodiversity, for this it uses two models of resource publication: SiB Colombia and CR-SiB, the latter is associated with the regulations established in Decrees 1376 and 3016 of 2013. The Coordinated Team of the SiB Colombia (EC-SiB) is migrating data from the CR-SiB model to the SiB Colombia, this is because the data contained in CR-SiB has low levels of quality and visibility, to perform the data migration it is necessary to develop a quality validation process based on the Darwin Core Standard (DwC) and the quality parameters: completeness, precision and coherence, in this process the present project is developed, with the validation, migration and publication of 4 resources belonging to the University of Pamplona and the University of Magdalena, the document Methodology for the quantification of the apparent quality index and data migration, and the document Migration Report.
