Actualización de la base de datos de los egresados en tecnología en gestión ambiental y servicios públicos de la Universidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas de los periodos (2016 A 2022-3)

Abstract

The purpose of this document is to present the results obtained in the virtual survey carried out to the graduates of the Technology in Environmental Management and Public Services curricular project of theUniversidad Distrital Francisco José de Caldas. This survey is carried out with the purpose of publicizing the current labor and academic situation of the graduates in order to support the self-evaluation processes for the high-quality accreditation of the curricular project. For the development of this work, it is essential to manage systematized tools with which information is collected from graduates through a survey carried out in google documents, for ease of distribution and effective response. Also the use of tools such as social networks become an important partner for the distribution of this and generate greater reach for the target population of this work. And finally, to consolidate, save and analyze the results obtained; the use of the excel tool is essential. However, for the collection of data from graduates, the information provided by the direction of the curricular program, the office of graduates, and institutional welfare is crucial, since through these obtains the email address, contact number and graduation dates, information with which the graduate database is consolidated and updated, and it is also through this information that the survey carried out is distributed by email.
