Resumen
Raising awareness about the important role of pollinators in strawberry crops in Sibaté is of great environmental, economic and social relevance, since these insects are essential for the sustainability of strawberry agroecosystems. Given this situation, the need arises to generate educational and visual tools that promote knowledge and conservation of local biodiversity. The illustrated guide of floral visitors responds to this need, facilitating the recognition of the main pollinators and highlighting their ecological and agronomic importance. The guide was developed from a rigorous observation of insects collected in the study area, with optical techniques such as microscopes and specialized texts, to then begin the illustration process with digital tools such as Photoshop, in which the illustrations were made in the most detailed way in dorsal, lateral and frontal views. In total, 52 illustrations were developed, organized in a visually attractive structure that integrates information in the form of text in a concise manner, which makes up the respective infographics. Consequently, all the diagrams and infographics are put together to produce the guide, which consists of a total of 38 pages. In conclusion, by uniting fields such as science and art, this work is not only a visual resource that highlights the biodiversity of pollinators in Sibaté, but also a tool for scientific dissemination that promotes the recognition and conservation of the ecosystem services they provide.
