Bases metodológicas para la conformación de un parque ecoeficiente con criterios de simbiosis en el complejo industrial San Jorge del municipio de Mosquera

Abstract

Currently working in joint efforts to develop strategies in managing environmental problems caused by industrial activities, such Industrial ecology based on criteria of symbiosis, which represents an innovative option to convert the by-products of industries in areas raw or elements that can be reincorporated into production processes within a system that mimics the functioning of natural ecosystems. A crisis is evident in the industrial sector, even with its growth in recent years, has not developed in a proper way, with the use of technologies and outdated practices that have generated significant impacts on the environment and therefore an increase in environmental costs, in addition to the lack of innovation and value added products have been crucial to the competitiveness of the domestic industry represented in the low efficiency of the sector. This paper seeks through a specific case, formulate the methodological bases for the application of industrial symbiosis and determine criteria for the establishment of an eco-efficient park.
