Resumen
It is clear that education is a fundamental human right according to article 67 of the political constitution of Colombia developed in Law 115 of 1994 (General Law of Education, 1994); Regardless of the condition of children and young people; For that reason, the pedagogy area of the Cardio kids Foundation ensures that this right is protected in children and young people who present different conditions of illness and therefore do not attend regular school; This project is carried out with the objective of attending to the educational needs of young adolescents in different conditions of disease specifically in the areas of chemistry and biology from the application of a series of didactic units that begin with basic concepts and progressively reach the approach of scientific knowledge through the study of their disease status, relating them to genetics, heredity and the study of the medicine used for their treatment, highlighting the mechanism of action and the pharmacokinetic process, in addition to contributing to scientific knowledge as well Self-care awareness in each person.
