Análisis de Contribuciones Realizadas por Empresas Prestadoras del Servicio de Electricidad al FSSRI, y los Subsidios que Reciben del FSSRI y FOES.

Abstract

In this document an analysis is made with respect to the current situation of the Solidarity Fund for Subsidies and Redistribution of Income (FSSRI) and the Social Energy Fund (FOES). Due to the present situation in the FSSRI, the formulation and simulation of four different scenarios to mitigate the current problem is presented. In each of them a solution was proposed to address the problem from different areas, applying measures to reduce the amount of subsidies granted in some scenarios and in others to increase the amount of the billed contributions. The simulations were made starting from the historical data related to the reconciliations made between the years 2013 to 2016 and with the data obtained, a projection was made up to the year 2022, in order to have a reference case to be able to analyze, evaluate and compare the various simulations carried out with each other and with the scenario in which no solution would be implemented (reference case).
