The role of the intern was to support the follow-up of the activities schedule and the list of deliverables for each of the subprojects of the contract, carrying out their daily updating, as well as the general documentary organization of the project on digital platforms, in the same way I manage the ability of the interventory to respond to the documents delivered by the designer in order to comply with what is agreed in the contract and not generate delays that may affect the development of the project. From the continuous work of the intern was developed a practical tool to obtain information about the traceability of the documents established in the list of deliverables, the intern created a database in the Excel platform where he established the documents deliverable for each subproject of the contract, providing information on the number of reviews, dates of delivery and response, both scheduled and actual and document status in a simplified way, facilitating the search for this information.
