Resumen
The research project "performance evaluation as a strategy for the achievement of staff results in a group of Mypes in Bogotá" is based primarily on the subject of assessment of staff performance, seen as a tool that generates Opportunities for improvement in the organizations, always with the sense of formative character towards the workers, to try to achieve a greater productivity in the personnel and growth in the company. The research in performance evaluation is very few and also those that focus on organizations Mypes even more, that is why this project that can be considered as exploratory in this field, being very relevant in showing the importance that this Tool currently in any organization for the integral growth of the personnel in pro to the efficiency of an entire company. Given the importance of evaluating staff performance in the functioning of an organization today, it is indispensable for SMEs to implement and practice this tool, achieving more opportunities and competitive advantages in the market, is Therefore, through this tool we wanted to propose to the companies of the sample, a practical implementation of it in a more formalized way, through the realization of some basic elements that form it, to achieve an improvement in aspects such as: Performance, communication, disposition and execution in the different tasks that are carried out in these organizations. This research was developed with a qualitative approach (Hernández, Fernández, and Baptista, 2014), focusing on knowing the current state and the usefulness of the practice of the evaluation of personnel performance, therefore it is necessary to say that the Mypes does not Have a formality In the use of this tool and that their skepticism is high on the benefits that can bring an investigation of this naturalness, so that, through the analysis of the data collected during the field work, the objectives raised were answered. Highlighting the foregoing, this research is based on the various benefits generated by the performance assessment to provide companies with the sample a chance to access more opportunities for improvement by means of a sensitization of good practice of the staff performance evaluation, making known benefits such as: increased productivity, customer satisfaction, motivation in human capital, increased quality of products and services, creation of joint responsibility, discovery of Key personnel, etc. Key words: Evaluation of staff performance, formative character, opportunity for improvement, collaborator.
