Resumen
This internship was developed in the National Authority of Environmental Licenses -ANLA-, in the Subdirectorate of Instruments, Permits and Environmental Procedures -SIPTA-, which is in charge of proposing the instruments for the evaluation and monitoring of projects, works or activities subject to environmental authorizations. The new environmental regulations, created by the Ministry of Environment and Sustainable Development (Resolution 0668 of 2016 and Resolution 1407 of 2018), generate the need to develop the appropriate instruments for an adequate follow-up, which is done through the SIPTA. For this reason, it is necessary to support young people in training, who contribute to the construction of assessment and monitoring instruments and thus know the processes of environmental control, contributing to the entity and the student's job training. This training link was made through the Youth Program, which is an initiative developed by the Ministry of Labor in coordination with the Administrative Department of Public Administration and the Special Administrative Unit of the Public Employment Service, which aims to facilitate processes of transition from the learning cycle to the labor market of young people through competition. The ANLA applied for the job placement position 217844-156173 to support the SIPTA. During the work experience the internal procedure of monitoring of the Environmental Management Plans for Packaging and Packaging Waste was developed, the Internal Technical Guide was designed to follow the Programs of Rational Use of Plastic Bags and the training was carried out in the elaboration of technical concepts of follow-up to the Programs or Plans presented by the users.
