Modelo de optimización multicriterio para la evaluación y la selección de proveedores en cadenas de suministro

Abstract

The purpose of this project is to investigate the problem of supplier selection, which is classified as a multi-criteria problem, which is addressed using two techniques: First, the hierarchical analysis process as an approach technique; and Second Mixed whole linear programming, used as an optimization technique. The innovation in this project has to do with the inclusion of different quantities of lots of each of the products by each of the suppliers, with which suppliers can meet the needs of a company. The validation of the simulation of the hierarchical analysis process is done by applying descriptive and inferential statistics, in the same way the validation of the linear programming model is done with a sensitivity analysis, all this points to the proposed procedure maximizing efficiency and helping make better decisions
