Propuesta de modelo de informe técnico para el análisis del avance de la función archivística en los departamentos

Abstract

This work addresses the lack of standardisation in technical reports that detail the progress of archival functions in governances. To this end, the overall objective was to propose a model that would respond to this issue and offer a solution. In addition, theoretical and conceptual research was carried out with authors such as José Ramón Cruz Mundet and Antonia Heredia Herrera. The publications of Dr. Carlos Alberto Zapata were also fundamental to this research. The research took a qualitative approach, of descriptive and analytical type and was carried out using the documentary research method with documentary content analysis and interviews techniques. The analysis matrix and semi-structured interview script were used as tools for gathering information. One of the most important results was, first, that the similarities and differences with respect to the reference points surrounding the monitoring and strategic management processes were highlighted. On the other hand, certain elements relevant to strategic monitoring were identified through a report. Finally, the main conclusion of the work was determined based on the accuracy of the elements and structure of the proposed model, namely the need to standardise a report that includes all the elements necessary to demonstrate and evaluate the progress of the archiving function in governances as a strategic tool.
