Tanetsi : geovisor para la restauración en la Orinoquía Colombiana

Abstract

Tanetsi is a geo-viewer designed for the visualization and monitoring of conservation and restoration initiatives developed in the Colombian Orinoco region. This web tool allows the visualization, recording and updating of information on initiatives, projects, as well as fauna and flora species in the region. By providing easy access to information, Tanetsi becomes a key input for public and private entities in research and decision making on the processes of conservation and restoration of ecosystems at the landscape level in the Orinoco region. For its development, the Scrum methodology was used with a refactoring model, which included analysis, design, development and evaluation phases that ensured compliance with general standards of quality, security and usability.
