Propuesta de mejora en el proceso de logística de abastecimiento de repuestos e insumos, zona Suba Oriental Patio Colina, Operador Sitp Masivo Capital S.A.S

Abstract

The integrated public transport system SITP, implemented in the city of Bogotá as of January 2012, has generated drastic changes in the mobility of citizens, this system has been replacing the old bus routes that had worked for decades in the city and that presented different problems, among which there was evidence of the so-called "penny war", the lack of respect for the whereabouts, promoting vehicular chaos, as well as the deplorable mechanical conditions of buses and inadequate work benefits for drivers, among other factors.The improvement proposal that will be presented in this work will be carried out for the company Massive Capital S.A.S, operator assigned to the Kennedy and Suba oriental areas. The Massive Capital operator S.A.S. In the eastern Suba area, it operates two courtyards (Patio Colina and Casablanca patio), in addition to route start points (PIR), and has a heavy mechanical workshop located in the Toberin area.
