Resumen
The basis of this project is based on an idea of entrepreneurship, attacking a basic need such as the daily feeding process. This initiative is reinforced with the ease of fast foods and in this way obtain a fusion between fast and healthy foods, entering the Vegan market to which the project focuses. The very idea of conceiving a new venture is already a challenge, which becomes a little more complex due to the select market that it wants to tackle, without ceasing to be an initiative that not only involves good nutrition, but also integration and social impact by generating employment and incorporating the organic agricultural part in the production of a product. It consists of a series of steps for the production of hamburgers, covering a sector that is little exploited and that may present some difficulty in its realization, but that by doing a focused analysis of it can consolidate a brand that transcends the Colombian market and break barriers borders as an excellent business idea.
