Resumen
The use of synthetic-chemical compounds such as fertilizers and pesticides are important to crop productivity increment, however its excessive use will affect the soil and water environments negatively. A favorable alternative are the use of microorganisms or plan extracts also known as bioinputs. In order to identify viable microorganisms in the formulation of a biofertilizer, nitrogen-fixing, phosphorus mobilization and potassium solubilization bacteria were isolated from cropland soil with. From the pool of isolated bacteria, three strains were selected and tested in vitro, based on the Fully Randomized Statistical Design RSD. Weekly monitoring was performed during two months, measuring the concentrations of N, P, and K in the inoculated soils. To determine the amount of nutrients bounded to the soil by the bacteria`s metabolism, a variance analysis (ANOVA) was implemented using the IBM SPS Statistics ® package.
