Metodología de intervención de los síntomas musculo esqueléticos identificados en los trabajadores de la empresa de colchones universal de espumas S.A.S.; Bogotá, Colombia

Abstract

This monograph sought to outline an intervention methodology of the musculoskeletal symptoms identified through the results of the nordic questionnaire of kuorinka and the ergonomic methodologies OWAS and check list OCRA application, in ten (10) workers who were workwise linked with the colchones universal de espumas S.A.S. company; in Bogotá city, Colombia, presents in 2018 year, identifying that corporal segments most referenced by workers were the hips and thighs, followed by the superior members, but the last one linked for specific jobs. Among other findings, it was found that there were no active breaks during the workday, the consumption of alcoholic substances and the lack of physical activity. The analyzed information allowed to make a symptoms intervention proposal, nevertheless is necessary for the organization to make jobs inspections, in order to identify the conditions of each position.
