Abstract

At the actuality, the textil and confection sector has a high grade of industrialization, it requires parameters as good quality, high indices of productivity, costs management, forecasts, inventaries and production plans, without count the large number of competitors and extern factors as globalization and the free market that make it more complex the productive activity. In this context, VITAL ROPA DEPORTIVA E.U. as little company of sector, it does not have some characteristics mencioned previously, and although its experience is wide, all the process of growth has been empirical, also of to pass for difficult situations during its development, it has been done that does not achieve a high grade of industrialization. For this reasons it is a perfect stage for the aplication of tools of planning, programation and production control. It does not only for improve the conditions of company also to boost the pyme’s development in the locality.
