Planeación estratégica para el suministro de calidad del servicio de energía eléctrica en Bogotá

Abstract

The technological and industrial development of the last decade has substantially increased the energy needs worldwide, so that the electrical energy systems, which have always been part of the strategic plans of each country, have become accustomed to a huge growth, due to this the provision of this service is already a state requirement, additional is also required to provide a quality service, always with a tendency to continuous improvement, which is why various solutions have been proposed around this problem, where the speakers have always agreed on the importance and the items that must be taken into account for the quality provision of this service, which is already part of the public services, however it has not been possible to reach a concrete solution that is viable to mitigate this problem. The present project shows the elaboration of a strategic planning for the quality of the supply of quality of the electric power service, selecting the best alternative in technical and economic criteria, which allows to reduce the failures presented in the service, to increase the satisfaction of the clients and to increase the profitability of the service providers. The strategic planning will allow to identify the current failures in the service, will implement a DOFA, POAM and AMEF analysis, to find the main weaknesses and opportunities, taking into account the most determining factors for the development of the service.
