Formulación del plan de gestión integral de residuos sólidos (pgirs) para la empresa Supermastick planta Fontibón, Bogotá D.C.

Abstract

Supermastick is an important production company, dedicated to the manufacture and marketing of six lines of business: putties, stucco for exteriors, stamp adhesives, paint, PANEL REY plasterboards and PERMABASE cement boards. During its production chain, solid waste is generated, so the monograph will formulate the PGIRS - Integrated Solid Waste Management Program. For this company in its Fontibón plant, Bogotá, because they do not currently have a PGIRS for this plant and therefore some difficulties arise. Therefore, the development of this monograph is proposed through five methodological phases; phase one is developed through a bibliographic review that allows the compilation of information that contributes to the construction of the state of the art of the PGIR in the country and above all in companies in the sector. The second phase will be carried out by means of a quartering that will allow the identification of the waste generated in the organization, this will serve as a basis to complete phase four. The third phase will be carried out by means of the existing documentation in the organization related to the disposal or treatment that is being given to each of the identified waste. The fourth phase consists of carrying out an environmental impact assessment that allows to identify and evaluate the impacts generated by each of these wastes, at this time what was done in the previous phases is important to achieve a good assessment and identification of the impacts. Finally, in the fifth phase, the formulation of the Integrated Solid Waste Management Program will be carried out that will allow a good management of the solid waste and the delivery of the final document to the company.
