Studies made about small and medium businesses problematic showed that, this companies managers believe in historic memory to manage and satisfy their businesses current needs, what makes hard the intervention of new generations, and subsequently the integration of new improvement ideas. In this regard, to counter the internal problems that the small business show on quality management, standardized through the NTC-ISO9001, can be an answer, whenever it could be applied in all the organizations, regardless of their size, type and product/service supplied; Additionally helping the company to demonstrate its capacity to achieve the customers requirements, evidencing their commitment with the improvement of the management and processes. In view of the above, the following central investigation question arises: How the small Bogotá business conceive and implement a Quality Management System based on the norm NTC-ISO9001:2015? In addition, other investigation questions are derived from this question: Which are the main difficulties and boosters that the small business has to implement a QMS? Which is the organizational learning strategy for this kind of business that'd favor the implementation of an QMS? Objective . This project is made in order to characterize the quality system state of the small Bogotá business that take part on the investigation, and to design a learning strategy oriented on the implementation of a Quality Management System based on the NTC-ISO9001:2015, subsequently, is intended to know the effects of the strategy implementation proposed on the businesses group making up the samples. Methodology: For this investigation we use an explanatory sequential mixed focus where we sought in two big phrases to describe the current quality system management state of the small businesses linked, to subsequently be able to provide them with knowledge based on the NTC-ISO9001:2015, by means of a learning strategy, that’d allow to measure the effects obtained on a first level evaluation of them. On the second level this strategy will be implemented in last instance to measure the effects of itself.
