Resumen
This final report presents the work carried out during the internship undertaken within the framework of the Tutoring Program for Learning and Holistic Development (PTAFI 3.0), an initiative of the Ministry of National Education in partnership with the Organization of Ibero‑American States. The program aims to support the holistic development of children, adolescents, and young people by reimagining school time and strengthening educational pathways through innovative cultural, sports, scientific, and civic activities.
The implementation methodology centered on pedagogical support at the Carlota Sánchez Educational Institution, where, in my role as an intern, I both designed and delivered an educational initiative focused on cultivating civic competencies for reconciliation. This approach included playful activities, reflective workshops, and dialogue sessions for fourth‑grade students, promoting values such as peace, inclusion, respect for diversity, and the development of socioemotional skills.
As a result, students became more engaged in meaningful learning experiences, helping to foster a school culture grounded in peaceful coexistence and mutual recognition. In addition, the initiative encouraged collaboration between teachers and families around the shared goal of nurturing citizens who are more aware of and committed to their social environment.
