Resumen
The research work proposes a virtual course model in the Moodle platform, on the induction of new teachers of the school San Bartolomé La Merced, with the purpose of solving the difficulties presented in the classroom course; These are due to the institution for institutional reasons makes it impossible to develop within the stipulated schedules, because the course is dictated after the working day with very short times to develop the contents, fatigue is another factor that leads to the optimal development of the activities; In addition the training is dictated after the academic process has begun and sometimes the first modules have been advanced. It is therefore intended to create a classroom that supports the presence of teachers and they can access an organized process that develops their autonomy, creativity and motivation in the management of technology, both in personal use and in the classroom lessons. For the development of the research, a satisfaction study was carried out with respect to the current course model, through surveys and interviews with teachers, aspects that led to the creation of the virtual platform, which was submitted to a review of Two academic peers to get a final proposal.
