Resumen
This study explores the relationship between affective processes and children's attention in 4- to 5-year-olds at the "Corazoncitos" Childcare Center. Through a qualitative approach and an action research methodology, a "Notebook of Experiences" was designed and implemented as a pedagogical resource to foster affective interaction between children and their families, aiming to strengthen attention and learning. The results show that strategies based on affectivity contribute to the development of concentration and memory, improving participation and performance in the school environment. It is conclude that affection plays a key role in enhancing attention during early childhood, and it is recommended to replicate these strategies in other educational settings
