“Body: Mirror of my emotions” is the systematization of a pedagogical experience in which students from two public schools in Bogota D.C., Montebello in the San Cristobal locality and Leonardo Posada Pedraza in the Bosa one, which takes the body and emotions as central aspects in the recognition of being, and which seeks to relate and interpret the impact of current social dynamics, framed within a context a context of preventive social isolation, since the perspective of the ecological theory of Human Development presented by Urie Bronfenbrenner (1987); in this systemic approach, the interactions in which students take part, are permeated by the environment and vice versa, becoming a symbiotic process that allows us to explain the current reality. On the other hand, and taking into account the methodology of systematization of experiences proposed by Jara (1999), this document present a description of the experience, which includes the final reflections, where the findings and arrival points are exposed as conclusions, finally some documents and evidences are presented as annexes.
