In the research for other learning scenarios where aspects of reading and intervention are strengthened in the context of technology education, the research seeds were found in the school, mainly those that promote the study of socio-environmental problems in their training. The purpose of this investigation is to recognize the contributions that these learning communities have made for the period 2014 to 2019, for research training in technologies for social inclusion and implementation of emerging technologies; highlighting the characterization of educational practices to promote research training and identification of research trends that affect the solution of problems related to alternative movements of principle innovation: Appropriate Technologies, Alternative Technologies and Social Technologies. The methodological development of this paper was carried out with a qualitative approach through a multiple case study, making a documentary review, semi-structured interviews with the leading teachers of the research seeds, interpretation of the findings and projection of results. Based on the previous statements, it was found that contributions arise in formative research: training in and for research and research for transformation into action or practice. Which are materialized through the study of problems where the community takes part and promotes better quality of life to people with different capacities. The participants of the school research seed acquire cognitive and socio-emotional skills, and those are on their way to a life project.
