Abstract

The District Secretary for the Environment creates the District Environmental Excellence Program that integrates the Environmental Management processes of public, private, and mixed companies located in the Capital District, recognizing corporate environmental responsibility for its internal processes and implementation of programs such as green purchases, which it’s articulated in accordance with Agreement 540 of 2013. This project aims to generate a green purchasing protocol for national suppliers of the company Al Pharma that supports the internal management and certification processes of the company. The protocol is created from the implementation of four phases: Diagnosis, Evaluation and Analysis, Formulation, Elaboration; The purpose of which is to recognize the purchasing processes already established for the inclusion of parameters and fields of application of green purchases, which include: supplier evaluation, methodological evaluation of purchase and evaluation of goods and services; The phases are developed by means of documents and instruments (survey, matrices, database, reports, booklet, others), which allow the consolidation of the existing information and the development of the protocol structure.
