Resumen
The Presidential Program for Comprehensive Mine Action dependence of the Administrative Department of the Presidency of the Republic, reports that between 1990 and November 2014 have been more than 10,000 landmine victims and one of its most concurrent phenomena is the loss of body parts, leading the transtibial amputations (Direccion Contra las Minas, 2016). Given that the preferred method for the rehabilitation of the amputee's prosthesis, prosthetic fitting requires processes and procedures are in accordance with each individual, and there is some generalized as the alignment of the prosthesis. The (ottobock, 2016) alignment is the key to an optimal prosthetic function element; location relationship between the prosthesis and the person and between the components of the prosthesis, critically affect functional performance and comfort of the person, because the weight distribution that is transferred between the residual limb and the soil is disturbed. This work presents a computational model for the correction of the positions in the alignment of transtibial prosthesis, validating the methodology with data obtained experimentally. Finally this algorithm is looking to build a support system prosthetist technician that allows to improve the rehabilitation process of a person using transtibial prosthesis, through the use of computational tools that show the relationship between the data in the posture of a patient against a model showing the correct setting parameters.
