Formulación del sistema de gestión ambiental para el laboratorio fotográfico “Foto@digital” ubicado en la ciudad de Bogotá

Abstract

This project aims to formulate the environmental management system (EMS) for the organization Foto@Digital. As a first step were performed an analysis of production processes and activities that comprises, an infrastructure identification, equipment and facilities within the organization and an evaluation of the environmental management performance, through an initial environmental review (RAI) based on the Colombian Technical Guide GTC 93:2007. From the RAI result were assessed, the significance of the environmental aspects and impacts identified in the production process and assigned a prioritization of management to each of these aspects, the legal requirements applicable to the organization and its compliance status was determined. Finally, an environmental policy was formulated in line of the organizational context and the guidelines set forth in the Colombian Technical Standard NTC ISO 14001: 2015. The environmental management programs were created for environmental aspects and impacts depending on the significance of management, besides processes, documents, operational controls and forms, that provide the company tools to carry out the implementation and operation of Environmental Management System based on integrated management, ensuring compliance with the requirements set forth in the Colombian Technical Standard NTC-ISO 14001:2015, the applicable law to the organization, control and management of significant environmental aspects and impacts of its business product.
