Apoyo en la elaboración de los mecanismos de seguimiento y evaluación a las medidas de administración establecidas en los POMCA Bogotá, Carare Minero y Guavio

Abstract

The Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca (CAR), has as its objective, according to Law 99 of 1993, to carry out the execution of policies, plans, programs and projects that ensure the protection and care of the environment and natural resources, to in turn, give timely compliance in the application of the legal provisions in force according to its disposition, administration, management and use. To comply with the execution, the CAR implements different instruments, one of them is the Plan for the Ordering and Management of Hydrographic Basins (POMCA), which is defined as an instrument that allows adequate planning of the different natural resources (Minambiente, 2014). This instrument has six phases (preparation, diagnosis, prospective and environmental zoning, formulation, execution, and monitoring and evaluation). The last three phases are key to the development of this work, since they contemplate the administration measures in detail, how they will be carried out and finally the application of the different mechanisms that allow knowing the progress and compliance with them. . The main objective of this internship is to provide support in the elaboration of the Monitoring and Evaluation mechanisms to the Administration Measures established in the POMCA Bogotá, Carare Minero and Guavio, in the Regional Autonomous Corporation of Cundinamarca, carrying out different inputs that allow develop the proposed objectives, likewise, it seeks to comply with environmental regulations and also meet the established deadlines so that in this way good management is carried out in the area of ​​Territorial Environmental Management Management
