Resumen
The present research proposal was developed in two institutions namely; Educational Institution Fe y Alegría José María Vélaz and the Children's Home Parents Association Users Share Suba III; contexts in which it was found that the school transitions that children go through in ages from 5 to 6 years are experienced mechanically, automatically and with a clearly evolutionary perspective of the transition, for which the authors trace as general objective to carry out a training strategy for managers and teachers in order to make the Strategy visible. All ready! of the MEN. To achieve the research objective, the methodology that guides the creation and execution of the same is qualitative and has an interpretive approach; As information gathering techniques, participant observation, surveys and interviews were used; complemented in turn by a fieldwork carried out by the researchers. These applied techniques allowed to understand the harmonic transitions from five categories and analyze them thanks to the qualitative analysis program Atlas Ti, which showed semantic networks that allowed us to infer that the Strategy All ready! is highly unknown by the management teams and teachers of the institutions in relation, school transitions are given empirically and with activities unlinked especially at the beginning of the school year, the creation of the blog as a training tool is highly welcomed by the population shows, finally the fundamental recommendation is to make the strategy visible to managers as education managers, so that they are the ones who decide to adopt it or adapt it to their institutions in a clear way and document it in the PEI.
