Resumen
The present investigation is an ethical and political bet for the production, reproduction and development of the human life of the subjects in community; it is an option for the victims generated by an ontological project based on a principle of death, that is, the modern-western-capitalist colonial project prevailing within Colombian territory. This research was carried out under the objective of analyzing the criteria and principles that based the reconfiguration of political power and the establishment of OTHER forms of existence in the community of Cacarica, Bajo Atrato, from the process of forced displacement of 1997. It was carried out carried out as a qualitative research, with an approach from a decolonial theory and from a narrative research methodology. The methodological tools used were the semi-structured interviews with the members of the Cacarica community, the review of secondary sources of study and testimonies collected in different research works related to the problem studied. The results of this research allow us to show that, in the Cacarica community, from the displacement suffered in 1997 at the hands of the State, the armed groups that fight for territorial control and the agro-industrial empires emerged alternative forms of existence, thanks to their recognition as Victims, through which they reaffirmed their lives, were able to consolidate their ontological project by resisting in the middle of the war. The humanitarian zones were a form-Another of existence configured by the Cacarica community by rethinking their condition of exclusion.
