Pasantía apoyo en las actividades de cartografía del grupo de administración de inmuebles de la Aeronáutica Civil de Colombia

Abstract

The Special Administrative Unit of Civil Aeronautics is a state entity in charge of regulating Colombian airspace, administering the aeronautical and airport infrastructure of each of its airports and aerodromes throughout Colombia. The nation, through Civil Aeronautics, is the owner of an immense number of properties and as time passes, geometric, cadastral and legal updates will be required. As cartographic or legal updates are necessary, the Real Estate Administration Group, due to its outlined objectives, the responsibility of having and keeping these updates up to date, this group is also in charge of carrying out the topographic surveys and cartographic updates of all the land owned by the Civil Aeronautics. This document contains some of those cartographic activities that are carried out by the Office Real Estate Administration Group, such as the organization and updating of cartography, also the generation of cartographic material such as titling plans, outdoor areas and V.O.R (Very High Frequency Omnidirectional Range), That is demanded by the entity and other directions of the Civil Aeronautics for the fulfillment of their general functions.
