Resumen
In this document, special emphasis will be placed on bullerengue in which singing, dancing, drums, verses, dress, races, their stories and the interrelation of cultures that live and rework this cultural practice in regions of armed conflict and government neglect of the departments of Antioquia, Córdoba, and Bolívar. Just as it is located in different geographical places in the territory, it contains a variety of characteristics that, according to the traditions of each character, group, or region, make a characterization complex and extensive, taking into account the non-existent budget for a project of such magnitude, the limited time available to a degree project and the impediments of different kinds generated by the internal armed conflict.
