Pasantía en la Empresa Secam J.R. E.U. como Auxiliar de Ingeniería y Encargado de Obra de la Obra Astromelia ll Y Cayena de Ciudad Verde (Soacha).

Abstract

The student made his internship in the company SECAM J.R. E.U. Where he performed tasks and fulfilled responsibilities as an engineering assistant in charge of the works Astromelia ll and Cayena, carried out in the municipality of Soacha. At the beginning of the internship the engineer in charge of the company SECAM J.R. introduced the student to the area where he was going to execute the functions, as well explained the company control problems in the execution of the contracts. Moreover, company did the induction and connection with both constructions. Then, the intern studied and began to develop an action plan to start with the control and execution of the work, testing their theoretical and practical knowledge. During internships, the intern identified some shortcomings which was shared with the engineer. In a teamwork, both looked for alternatives to improve those shortcomings. In this process the intern also identified that the contracts were not according with the activities carried out. At that time, the intern took the initiative to create charts to show, relate and compare the activities did it and the activities specified in the contracts, this contribution helped the company to make a right payment for these activities.
