Resumen
The General Command of the Armed Forces - COGFM has been purchasing decentralized help desk solutions for the Joint Department of Communications - CGDJ6 and the Joint Cybernetic Command CCOCI for several years. Thanks to the policies of Business Architecture and optimization of resources issued by the Ministry of Information Technologies and Communications - MINTIC, these new guidelines generated the need and obligation to apply an information system which meets the need of the Joint Departments. This project proposes to design a prototype that allows the use of a joint and interoperable help desk to be applied within the COGFM, as a result, there will be a system that will help the COGFM staff to make their request for technical novelty to the CGDJ6 The prototype will manage the cases presented by the administrators of the Information System, based on a model of lessons learned to support the COGFM process in future projects. Once the prototype of the help desk for the Armed Forces has been evaluated, it will be sent to study for the validation of the high command to be able to be implemented.
