Abstract

This final intership report is the result of the investigative and extension exercise carried out in the Permanent Training School Pedro Nel Jiménez with the objective of supporting the tasks that this organization has been carrying out in the process of reincorporation of ex-combatants of the FARC-EP, also in the pedagogical accompaniment to peasant communities of the colombian east center. This paper describes and problematizes different pedagogical experiences that determine a reflection on the role of collective memory in community organizational processes, and the place of experience in the construction of a knowledge on the practice of pedagogy from the dialogue, the equality and cooperation between the teacher and social organizations.
