Diseño de prototipo de vivienda emergente : HumanTech

Abstract

This project entitled, "Emerging housing prototype design: HumanTech", is raised from the development of an emerging housing, in an effort to generate a rapid response alternative, which provides a habitable, sustainable, viable space technically and economically; with the purpose of providing a temporary solution with a permanent factor, improving the quality of life of the affected population and mitigating the impact derived from a post-natural disaster situation. The emerging housing will offer a multifunctional space for the development, free movement and adequate protection of the affected population. This is done from the transformation of an emerging housing unit with the possibility of modifying and adapting it as a permanent home, consolidating itself in a context of a tropical Colombian climate. For the case study of this project, the technical characteristics of the design will be limited to one of the regions with the greatest presence of loss of housing due to hydrometeorological phenomena in Colombia, La Mojana region.
