Resumen
The following text is a pedagogic proposal focused on the promotion of human rights and the active respect for the cultural diversity. The purpose was to enhance the historical and cultural individual with students of year 8th in Social Sciences classes. Within the context and population where the project was undertaken, it appears a constant infringation to the human rights and the economic, cultural and social environment is often transgressed. Some of the families have arrived to the zone due to displacement conditions. Pedagogy of memory was fundamental in the development of the proposal; the rescue and evocation of this approach was relevant in the acknowledgement of the situations of protection and rights infringed. Situations in which students and their families have been inmersed. Likewise, the voice of the other acquired great importance, the excercise of actively liestening generates bonds of closeness; a tie that brings reflection about what the other feels and experiences. Also we discovered that although the historical, cultural and social differences we display we are individuals of rights and in that closeness generated bonds promote active respect.
