Desarrollo de una Intranet para Conjuntos Residenciales en Bogotá

Abstract

This work is titled: Development of an intranet for residential complexes in Bogotá. The main objective is to structure the design of an intranet virtual platform applied to closed sets in which all the information related to rules of coexistence, procedures, news and novelties of the residential complexes in the city of Bogotá can be transmitted and controlled. The project was defined based on a study conducted where the problem that exists in the management of the processes that are handled in the closed sets was evidenced. Identifying that the information is not centralized and the co-owners do not have access to it. Likewise, it was identified that the processes and documents that are handled are difficult for the inhabitants to access due to the attention times of the administrations and the limited time available to the inhabitants.
