Consolidación de información alfanumérica y gráfica del municipio de Chía, del paso de la conservación a la actualización catastral con enfoque multipropósito

Abstract

This degree work in internship mode had as its main objective to define priority areas of intervention for the cadastral update process in the municipality of Chía, Cundinamarca, likewise seeks to consolidate the most recent information to execute a diagnosis based on the inputs available to the Agustín Codazzi geographic institute, to design a database that would establish graphic, alphanumeric and legal inconsistencies presented in the cadastral conservation processes prior to the cadastral update with a multipurpose approach. This work was developed together with the territorial direction of Cundinamarca of the IGAC for the municipality of Chía, based on the standardized documents available to the institute for the preparation of diagnoses prior to the cadastral update processes, in which the alphanumeric and graphic information of the properties of the municipality was compiled, from this analysis inconsistencies in the cadastral base were identified, determining the areas to prioritize in the development of the update. From the analysis of the information, reports and technical inputs were generated that establish errors in commissions, omissions, duplicate properties, area differences and other errors from the available inputs. In conclusion, the development of this internship provided a diagnosis of the municipality's cadastral information, identifying and quantifying errors in the conservation process, so that from this, resources are optimized and errors in the update are corrected, prioritizing the quality of the information. Finally, although cadastral updating has been a challenge in Colombia, updating the cadastre with a comprehensive vision is essential for the development and growth of municipalities.
